Looking after four dogs and two cats is no small task, but she handled it with total confidence, patience, and genuine love for our pets. Each animal’s routine, personality, and needs were respected, and it was clear they received plenty of attention, exercise, and affection throughout the three weeks we were away. We returned to happy, relaxed pets — the best indication of excellent care.
Our home was also managed impeccably. Everything was clean, organised, and well maintained, and it was such a relief to come back to a house that felt just as we had left it. Communication was excellent throughout our trip, with regular updates and photos that gave us complete peace of mind.
